There will be no return acceptance or refund requests by Swarnika Farm after your order is finalized. However, in the situations listed below, we are happy to access our services to find an agreeable solution for us and the buyer.

Situation 1- Missing Product

  • You should inform Swarnika Farm of the missing product within four to five days from the delivery date using our contact number or e-mail to som@indglobal-consulting.com
  • Send the order number, the invoice image, the outer box image, and other details in the e-mail to help us.
  • We cannot accept a refund request. But, our team will re-send the missing product to your doorstep.
  • We will provide full assistance using the e-mail in 24-48 hours.

Situation 2- Spoiled Product

  • The team at Swarnika Farm should know about product spoilage within ten days using our contact number or e-mail to som@indglobal-consulting.com
  • In the e-mail, add the order number, date of packaging, and clear images or video of the product.
  • We will not accept returns due to taste variance, texture, color, or aroma because our products are hand-made and natural.
  • We work with you to provide a solution where the product will be replaced after diligence and investigation for fair outcomes.
  • We will provide full assistance using the e-mail in 24-48 hours.

Situation 3- Damaged Product

  • As a buyer, you should notify Swarnika Farmabout the damaged product within three to four days from the delivery date via our contact number or e-mail to som@indglobal-consulting.com
  • Send the order number, image of the invoice, outer box image, and clear pictures of the damaged product in the e-mail.
  • During multiple shipments, we can return or replace only the affected product.
  • Our team will re-send and replace the product and offer a friendly solution.
  • Also, the response to your e-mail will be provided within 24-48 hours.
