Swarnika Organic Farms Return Policy

We have a return policy that allows all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with its quality or freshness. If you choose to return a product, we will take it back and issue a credit note for its value. This credit will be added to your account on the web-enabled application and can be used to pay for your future shopping bills.

 

The return policy states that- 

  • Return requests for the items need to be created within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Any lost parcel and breakage requests need to be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery. 
  • All the payment refunds are relevant only in case of destroyed products or delivery of incorrect item delivery for prepaid orders.
  • No refund is granted for COD orders.
  • Returns and Replacements will be free of cost if damaged products, wrong products, or wrong sizes are received.
  • No returns are applicable for fresh milk items.

Return Intimation

You can e-mail Us at som@indglobal-consulting.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return such as order number, courier no. or AWB number, and return reason should be shared through e-mail.

Procedure for a proper product return:

  • The product should be in its original condition. 
  • The product box should be maintained and returned.
